I'M OBSESSED, GLUTEN FREE BROWNIES


Oh hey! It's me again with another baked good recipe, and for obvious reasons the name of this recipe is super appropriate.


Not only are these brownies rich and tasty, but they are also sugar free and maybe a little healthy? I'm not sure, I'll let you be the judge of that. But I encourage you to try it! Especially if you are staying sugar free and carb free but still needing a good little treat here and there. I don't know about you but food is my LIFE and I am always searching for a new way to still enjoy the pleasures of eating while remaining healthy.

This one is incredibly easy and a quick recipe that you can pull through when in a pinch!



Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup of almond mylk (or your choice of milk)

1 egg

1/2 tsp clean baking soda

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup of raw cacao

1 cup of peanut butter or any nut butter

1/2 cup of maple syrup or honey


Directions:

Mash up the bananas in a large bowl

Add in the remaining ingredients

Blend with a hand blender until smooth

Line a small baking pan with parchment paper

Fill the pan with the mix

place in the oven at 325 degrees for 15-20mins

Use a tooth pick to measure if it is ready

Allow it to rest for 10mins before slicing


If you would like to to be more on the spongy side, allow it to bake for around 25 mins (keep checking in as I do)
