Cancellation Policies:
 

• Any cancellations or changes to reservations should be made with 24 hours notice for one reservation, 48 hours notice for multiple reservations to avoid a cancellation charge.

• We do not accept reservation changes or cancellations over voicemail or email outside of spa hours.

• Late cancellations or no-shows for all services are subject to 100% charge.​

• We do not hold reservations without a valid credit card.

 
Spa Policies:

• New Clients: Please complete the online intake form found at the bottom of your confirmation email; or arrive 15mins early to fill out a hard copy​.

• We do not refund products or merchandise.​

• We do not refund spa services or yoga passes.

• Gift Cards are not transferrable or refundable.

• All prices are subject to change without notice​.

• We do not have a blow dryer onsite - this is a measure to reduce noise pollution. We offer shower caps if needed.
  
  
  Way Spa Gift Cards Policy:
   

• can only be redeemed once.

• cannot be redeemed on promotional sale services/items and medi-spa facials.
  
  Way Spa Gift Cards Redemption:
   

• The total value of your card is redeemed with the spa, and any remaining value left on the card will be added to your account for future purchases.
