If resetting your password didn’t help please follow the steps below to manually link your Mindbody account with a profile you have at a local business.

Try resetting your password first before proceeding with the instructions below.

  1. Click Sign In.

  2. Log in to account.mindbodyonline.com with your Mindbody account information.

  3. Click Places You Go on the left side.

  4. Click Start Searching.

  5. Enter the business name under the “Find another Mindbody business” section.

  6. Click Search.

  7. Select the correct business and enter the same email address and password you use to log in to the business’s Mindbody consumer site.

 

Note: If you do not remember that password, you can request a password reset email by clicking the Forgot Password link on the business’s Sign In screen.
