I understand that if I withdraw from the course after June 1st there is no refund to my tuition as I paid for a space in the course. If I withdraw after the course has begun and before June 1st, I understand that half of the tuition will be due. If I have already paid in full I will be refunded half of my tuition if I withdraw before June 1st.

I understand I must have a conversation via email, over the phone, or in person with The Gaia School of Healing before a payment plan is approved in order to clarify tuition policies. *** Please read and understand our tuition policies and do not contact us with requests to change them if you need to drop out of class for any reason after the withdrawal deadline. Deposits are also always non-refundable. We must keep the same policy for everyone!Refunds for half the course tuition (minus deposit) are offered to students who withdraw from the course prior to June 1st. After June 1st the full course tuition is due and refunds are no longer offered if you are unable to complete the course. Those who have withdrawn from the course after June 1st with arranged payment plans are still required to pay the course tuition in full by December 2025 regardless of whether or not they can completed the course; TUITION ~ Tuition for the 8 month Apprenticeship is $ 2,200 - $2,500 plus tax; NON - REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT ~ A $400 deposit is required to register for the apprenticeship and is subtracted from the total tuition.
