My practice is grounded in the healing wisdom of nature and guided by your individual story. Here’s how I approach our work together.

Common Problems I Offer Support For:


Stress Management:  Guidance to help cope with the physical and emotional impacts of chronic stress. Together we find sustainable strategies for balance and relaxation so you can move from overwhelm, exhaustion, and burnout to calm and vibrant wellness. 


Women’s Health: Creating as much ease and alignment through every age and stage of hormone imbalances, period problems, fertility support, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, peri-menopause, and menopause.


Chronic Health Concerns: Addressing the root causes of issues like fatigue, digestive concerns, poor sleep, anxiety, blood sugar imbalances, thyroid imbalances, weight management, inflammation and pain. 

 

Lifestyle Guidance: I offer individualized approaches to diet, nutrition, exercise, and sleep to create a positive foundation for health to facilitate life-long wellness.


Mindset and Habit Shifting: By harnessing the power of thought, intention, and strategy to bring about change, I offer solutions that create real, sustained change.
